Last summer we had a post on free legal help that businesses could get. In Toledo, ABLE is sponsoring a free legal clinic for small businesses on February 15, 2012 at 6 p.m. at 2200 Jefferson (First Floor, the McAuley Room). In it, you can talk to lawyers and get legal advice on all sorts of legal business topics--intellectual property, contracts, real estate, regulation, and more--but you must pre-register and fill out an intake form.
