Just a very quick note about grants by Fifth Third Bank to low-income Detroit homeowners to repair their homes. Not a loan--a grant, from Fifth Third's Neighborhood Impact Program. This is on a first-come, first served basis, BUT the deadline for application is October 31, 20013. Please see this site for further information on the grant program to Detroit low-income homeowners.
